Working Principle

The hydraulic system of the excavator provides power for the triangular breaking hammer. When starting the breaking operation, the hydraulic oil enters one end of the cylinder under pressure and pushes the piston to move forward. After the piston obtains high-speed kinetic energy, it drives the drill rod to quickly impact the breaking object, such as rock, concrete, etc. After the piston completes one strike, the reversing valve changes the flow direction of the hydraulic oil so that the hydraulic oil enters the other end of the cylinder and pushes the piston back to prepare for the next impact. This cycle repeats continuously to achieve continuous breaking operations.
