structural composition
Clamp body: It is the main frame of the entire crushing clamp and bears various forces during the working process. It is usually made of strong materials such as high-strength alloy steel to ensure that it does not deform under strong pressure.
Hydraulic cylinder: It provides the power source for the crushing clamp. The hydraulic system of the excavator supplies oil to the cylinder to push the piston to move, thereby driving the movable jaw to open and close.
Movable jaw and fixed jaw: The movable jaw and fixed jaw work together to complete the crushing action. The fixed jaw is located at the front of the clamp body and its position is relatively fixed. The movable jaw, driven by the hydraulic cylinder, makes reciprocating movements relative to the fixed jaw to crush objects.
Crushing teeth and blades: Distributed on the movable jaw and fixed jaw, they are used to directly contact the object to be crushed to increase friction and crushing force. Crushing teeth are generally designed in a sharp shape and can better wedge into hard objects such as concrete; blades can be used to cut steel bars.
operating principle
The hydraulic system of the excavator supplies oil to the hydraulic cylinder of the crushing pliers. When the pumping station supplies high-pressure oil to the rodless chamber of the cylinder, the piston rod extends and pushes the movable jaw close to the fixed jaw, causing the jaw opening to contract and applying huge pressure to objects such as reinforced concrete structures located between the jaws to crush them. When the pumping station supplies oil to the rod chamber, the piston rod retracts and the jaw is released. After the oil cylinder completes one forward and reverse oil supply, the crushing clamp completes one cycle of operation. With continuous forward and reverse oil supply, the hydraulic crushing clamp works repeatedly, thus continuously crushing the concrete structure.
application area
Building Demolition: Widely used in demolition sites such as the demolition of buildings such as buildings, factory building beams and columns, and private houses. It can quickly crush concrete structures and separate steel bars for recycling.
Railway engineering: It can be used for operations such as sleeper replacement and rail removal along railway lines, as well as for the demolition and clearance of abandoned railway facilities.
Municipal landscaping: In municipal road renovation, park construction and other projects, it is used to demolish old concrete pavements, flower beds, building foundations, etc.
Road and bridge construction: In the process of bridge construction and maintenance, it can be used to demolish concrete structures and piers of old bridges, and can also be used to handle waste concrete blocks generated during road and bridge construction.
Mine exploitation: It can be used for crushing ores and rocks, assisting in mining operations in mines and improving mining efficiency.
