4.Silenced Hydraulic Breaker Structure
  Structural design features: 1. Top-mounted, suitable for top-mounted excavators for crushing operations. 2. The upper rotating head can be replaced, and the versatility is good. 3. The overall length is long and the crushing distance is long. 4. Ring closed structure, low noise. 5. Excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength and high impact toughness. 6. Selected high-quality special alloy steel, high-precision CNC machining, special multi-channel thermal process
  It includes an integral box-type casing, a connecting plate, a hammer core and a noise reduction device; the upper end of the casing is open, and a circular hole is formed through the lower end; the upper end of the connecting plate is installed on an excavator, a loader or a power station , its lower end is connected with the upper end of the integral box-type shell through bolts.
Design advanced heat treatment technology: enhance heat resistance and wear resistance.
Low fuel consumption design: reduce the volume of the oil cylinder and reduce the fuel consumption under the condition of keeping the oil pressure unchanged.
  The durability design of the movement: the piston ring oil channel design is adopted to reduce the resistance and make the piston cylinder more durable.
